Grid Styles to Match Every Design Vision
Window and door grids are available in a variety of styles—Standard, Valance, and Perimeter—offering countless design possibilities to enhance your home’s look.
Standard Grids
Often referred to as Colonial grids, this classic style features evenly spaced squares that suit both traditional and modern designs. You can apply them across the entire glass surface or limit them to just the top sash. Customize the pattern by choosing how many lites run horizontally and vertically, based on the glass size.
Valance Grids
These resemble Standard grids but are limited to the upper portion of the window or door. They’re ideal for adding a subtle decorative touch while maintaining a clear view. As with the Standard style, you can choose the number of lites and how tall the grid pattern extends.
Perimeter Grids
For a sleek, contemporary aesthetic, Perimeter grids frame the edges of the glass, with intersections typically placed at the corners. This style offers even more versatility—you can frame the entire window, just one sash, or extend the perimeter grid across multiple connected windows or doors. The corner intersections can appear at the top only or in all four corners, depending on your desired look.
