1. Glass Cleaning
- Use a mixture of warm water and mild soap or ammonia-free glass cleaner.

- Avoid abrasive cleaners or blades that can scratch the glass.
2. Profile Cleaning (PVC or aluminum)
- Use a damp cloth with mild detergent.
- Do not use harsh chemicals, solvents, or metal scouring pads.

3. Drainage Channels
Check that they are free of obstructions such as dust, leaves, or insects.
You can use a small brush or compressed air to clean the holes.
4. Hardware and Moving Parts
- Clean the rails and hinges with a dry cloth or brush.
- Lubricate the opening mechanisms (sliding or casement) with silicone oil or a specific window lubricant.
- Do not use grease or heavy oils that accumulate dust.
5. Gaskets and Seals
- Avoid forcing the sashes if you notice resistance when opening or closing.
- Check the tightness of any visible screws.
- If your window has leaks or structural problems, don’t attempt to repair it yourself; contact us.
